Jyoti has overall 37 years of experience in the Indian Capital Market including 21 years at DSP Merrill Lynch and 8 years at ICICI. He was Head of Research and Strategist for India at DSP Merrill Lynch (later renamed BOA-ML). He helped build the research team as the leading research provider in India as well as one of the top institutional brokers in the country. He was consistently rated amongst the top strategists in India by leading institutional investors. He managed 25+ senior professionals at DSP Merrill Lynch and in the 17 years he headed research, the team was No 1 in Institutional Investor survey on 4 occasions. Jyoti has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of DSP Merrill Lynch, the Asia Pacific Research Executive Committee and Operating Committee, the India Country Leadership Team (CLT), and other management committees. Jyoti graduated in Commerce (B.Com) from Sydenham College and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Siddharth Teli has been a research analyst primarily tracking the Banking and Financial sector for the last 21 years. His last assignment was with CIMB Securities/Incred Capital. He has previously worked at Religare (Head of Research), ICICI Securities, ENAM Securities and Reliance Mutual Fund. He has been rated highly by Domestic as well as Foreign Institutional Investors, and consistently rated in broker polls like AsiaMoney and Institutional Investor. Siddharth has completed his MMS from Mumbai University and has graduated from NM College of Commerce and Economics.

Kalpesh has over 15 years of experience in research across various sectors. Before joining Valentis Advisors, he worked with Wallfort Financial Services Ltd., an institutional broking firm, as an equity research analyst. He was tracking different sectors like Construction, Textiles, Plastics and Consumer Durables, and was responsible for generating ideas as well as researching and tracking small and mid-cap companies in India. Kalpesh is a Certified Financial Analyst (ICFAI) and has also done an Advanced Diploma in Taxation, University of Mumbai.

Neel has over 2 years of experience in equity research. Previously, he was a Research Associate at ValueQuest Investment Advisors, a PMS firm in India, where he was responsible for covering Pharma and Real Estate sectors. He has also done various internships at firms such as Spark Family Office and Equirus Securities. Neel has cleared all the levels of the CFA examination and all the modules of the CFP examination and has done his graduation from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.

Hiral has over 17 years of experience in Equity & Capital Markets. Before this, he worked as an institutional trader in well-known organizations such as Cholamandalam Securities, JM Financial Services and Emkay Global. His expertise lies in trade execution in Cash and F&O and also Arbitrage trading. Hiral graduated in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Mumbai.

Unmesh Pawar has over 18 years of experience in PMS Operations. Before joining Valentis Advisors, he worked with Ambit Capital Pvt. Ltd. and Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. and has handled their operations in the Wealth and PMS divisions. Unmesh graduated in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Mumbai.

Sibesh has overall experience of more than two decades in the Asset Management industry, most of which has been in leadership roles in Sales and Marketing. Before joining Valentis Advisors, he was at IDFC AMC, one of India's largest mutual funds, where he was heading distribution through the Key Accounts & fintech. He was also part of the Management Committee of IDFC AMC. Prior to IDFC, he worked at Standard Chartered AMC, HDFC Bank & Bajaj Capital. Sibesh graduated in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Delhi and has an MBA from CMD, Modinagar.

Amit Pagare has overall 10 years of work experience. Before joining Valentis Advisors, he worked with Reliance General Insurance Pvt. Ltd. and Sure Prep India Pvt. Ltd. and has handled their backend operations. Amit Pagare graduated in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Mumbai.

Karan Rane has an overall 1.5 years of experience. Before joining Valentis Advisors, he worked with Suresh Surana and Associates LLP (RSM GLOBAL) as a Concurrent Auditor and has handled DP Audit and CPU Department Audit. Karan graduated in Commerce (B.Com) from S.I.E.S College of Commerce and Economics and is pursuing an MBA from DR. D.Y. Patil University, Pune.
